To ensure that no one has to face cancer alone and save lives

Here at Cancer Education UK, we love getting stuck into different fundraising challenges so we can help to make a difference to the BAME community.

If you have an idea or want to discuss ideas with a member of our fundraising team, we'd love to hear from you! There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to raising money for a great cause.

Your support means a lot to us and it’s your donations that help to save people’s lives, whether that’s from awareness classes to educate the community, providing support packs
to help those going through cancer treatment or running more support events.

There has never been a better time to help out the BAME community and donate.

By volunteering for Cancer Education UK,  you are helping us ensure that no one has to face cancer alone.

Our volunteers play an important part in the charity and help to spread the word about Cancer Education UK. We’re always on the lookout for new volunteers and we understand
that not everybody works a 9-5 Monday-Friday, so whether you would like to be a day volunteer, or a lifelong volunteer, every action you take to support the vital work we do
makes a difference.

Below is a current list of our volunteering jobs. If you want to help make a difference and you’re interested in volunteering for Cancer Education UK, please apply with your CV and

Get into the community spirit and give up a couple of hours of your spare time by assisting at a Cancer Education UK event near you. Help to cheer on our fantastic team as they brave our challenging events, or alternatively, you can support at one of our outreaches.

Our buddy system helps patients who are living with cancer ‘buddy up’ with a volunteer who will help them with a range of different things such as picking up their shopping, attending hospital appointments or even going out for coffee and cake. Your assistance can really make a difference to someone’s day and their attitude towards the treatment.

If you would like to volunteer as a buddy, please send us an email and tell us more about you.
